If you wish to fax your own completed form, please ensure your Purchase Order is printed on official headed paper with an authorised signature, giving full delivery details including invoice address, along with your telephone number and e-mail address. We will send the goods on receipt of your order, enclosing a copy of our invoice for payment.
Please send a cheque for payment on receipt of the goods. Credit Terms: Strictly 21 days from date of invoice.

We charge a delivery fee depending on the total value of your order. The charge will be calculated from the following bands:
£50.00 to £125.00 = £5.50
£125.00 and above = Free
Only applicable for delivery to the following countries: United Kingdom.
Large orders will be despatched by courier service. (Note: Surcharges
may apply to delivery of goods to remote areas. We will advise of any
additional costs should they incur, prior to despatch).
