Payment and Delivery

HOW TO ORDER:

You can place your order via the website and secure online payment system by adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards or alternatively, you can pay through Pay Pal Checkout. If you would prefer to pay by personal cheque (sterling only) please contact us via e-mail at info@puppetsforeducation.co.uk for more details. Items will be despatched on cheque clearance. We can also process orders by telephone; Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm. Please call us on 0845 017 9645.

DELIVERY:

Products are in stock as shown on the website and we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. First class delivery is by by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service or 24/48hr Courier Service. Alternatively, you can choose next day Special Delivery guaranteed the following working day, (f ordered before 1.00pm the previous day). Note: This does not apply to Saturday deliveries.

All these services require a signature; therefore if you are likely to be out, we suggest that you enter an alternative delivery address (such as a work address). This is to avoid your parcel being held at the local sorting office for collection, or in the case of courier delivery, held in their depot for re-delivery.

International Orders

Unfortunately at present we can not accept orders for Countries outside of the European Union (EU). For orders within other EU Countries, payment is in GBP and goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For (Airmail) - Delivery normally within three to four working days.

Due to Royal Mail regulations, there are restrictions regarding the maximum dimensions and weight of parcels that can be sent to European destinations; therefore larger parcels will be dispatched by courier service. If your order fits into this category we will advise you via e-mail regarding excess delivery costs and check that you wish to proceed with the order.

Availability


In the unlikely event that a item is out of stock that you have paid for at checkout, we will contact you by email and advise you of an expected delivery date. If this is unsatisfactory we will if you prefer, offer you a replacement or a full refund.

RETURNS POLICY:

We operate a no-quibble guarantee so, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via e-mail at info@puppetsforeducation.co.uk or by phone on 0845 017 9645. We can then arrange to either exchange or fully refund the value of the items conditional to receipt of the returned goods. Products must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Puppets for Education is not responsible for the return postage and delivery charge on the original order.

Faulty Goods

In the event that any goods purchased are faulty on arrival, please contact us within 48hrs of receipt via e-mail at info@puppetsforeducation.co.uk or by phone on 0845 017 9645. Puppets for Education will offer to refund the full amount plus returns postage, or replace any product on receipt of the returned goods.

Cancelling Orders

You have the right to cancel your order with us within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you wish to exercise this right to cancel the agreement, we request you notify us in writing - please contact us at info@puppetsforeducation.co.uk with the order details. If the item/items have not been despatched we will cancel the order and immediately process a refund back to the payment method used. However, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the contract because if we have already delivered or despatched the order, you are responsible for the return of the goods back to us at your own expense.

A refund for the sum of the goods will be re-credited to your account within thirty days provided that, as per our returns policy, the goods in question are returned and received by us in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you.

Note: For all goods returned to us please retain proof of postage. We recommend that you return items using recorded delivery service as Puppets for Education is not responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
